      Pros

      First, the people. I am surrounded by some of the smartest, most dedicated, and innovative individuals. It's both inspiring and humbling to be part of a team that continually pushes the boundaries of what's possible. Second, transparency. Our leadership team takes the time to communicate openly about the company's goals, challenges, and strategies. Third, our CEO and Co-Founder. Their vision, passion, and dedication to our company are truly remarkable. Which then trickles to the entire company being passionate about Whatnot's success. Lastly the benefits are incredible and speak for themselves!
