Good teams, dedicated and collaborative. Mostly separate from Meta shenanigans; leadership guards platform's promise from increasing meta encroachment

Cons

Very top down management and planning, even as they pretend it's bottom up. Constant readjustment of pillars, reporting, responsibility trees.
