Pros

Company still had a high user-to-dev ratio while I was there, and it allowed employees to embody Facebook's mantra to 'focus on impact' which is really cool

Cons

Facebook made it progressively harder to actually work towards their supposed values

Good atmosphere. A good place to work because everyone is very nice and helpful and I like working there very much

Too many people there are just people everywhere and I can't stand it they need to cut down the number of people
