None. It was a total nightmare

ZERO TRAINING. I was trained for 4 days before the person who trained me quit. After 4 days, I was all on my own NO GUIDANCE Superiors are “too busy” to do their managing part NOBODY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. Again, they “don’t have time or too busy”

Cons

A company that believes a commission based position should be based off a team effort instead of individual sales and that sales people should have a cap on how much they can be paid.
