Pros

Decent on target earnings (goalposts constantly moved) Nice office space and shop

Cons

If you like being micromanaged by incompetent, narcissistic leaders, wheelpros is for you. Employees were constantly degraded and verbally abused by management. Promised profit sharing made on target earnings high; however, management constantly moved the goalposts to ensure profit sharing was never delivered.

Pros

Company has awesome products and brands for car lovers.

Cons

The Human Resources leadership is the most unprofessional management that anyone has had the misfortune of working with. These people are the snakes and will eat their own children alive if they had to. Beyond disgusting how they treat others in the organization and on their team. Notice how the HR department has so many openings all the time? It’s because everyone quits… they can’t keep anyone in roll who’s HR development was outside of Wheel Pros because their actions are so backwards, and the only people who stay are those who were trained from the inside and know nothing else…

Pros

Was an amazing place to work for until the growth started happening. It used to be personable, friendly work environment. Everyone in all departments had fun together, made it feel like a really great place to work, which it was until the management changes and lack of true leadership.

Cons

Corporate bullying - regardless of situations being brought to leader of HR Dept, it was allowed and this individual brushed it under the rug. I believe this individual was afraid of addressing the situation as a leader or didn't know how to do it appropriately. There's no company culture, inconsistencies with a hybrid work environment and favoritism. Employees in field were not treated like humans but a bothersome to particular individuals in HR Dept. I used to believe that this company truly cared about their employees and had the decency to respect them and treat them like everyone else, focused on doing the right thing, but when new members came into the HR department, that went away. The culture turned into acceptable bullying within the department, lying to members of management and executives to cover up issues and back-stabbing to try and get ahead of the pack. Just uncalled for and unprofessional.
