This company has endless amounts of opportunities to grow in your career. Reward top producers with new projects to work on. Management is hands-on and always open to help with additional training or tools.

Cons

None at this time. I will say that if you are a person that just wants to get by in your job this would not be the place for you.

The company is doing great and I love my job. I work with some amazing people and am blessed to have gotten the training I have recieved both to get me up to speed and to get certified as a PRC recruiter. -great training and HR team -great office and Hybrid work schedule - food brought in (lunches) - tickets to sporting events - learned the ins and outs of recruiting from great managers and staff - management cares about my future by continuos training and development - Benefits including, healthcare, 401k with matching, PTO and paid holidays - Company excursions - an Inc. 5000 company for 2 years running. My experience to date has been tremendous and I am excited about the path WSP is heading.

Cons

I wish we had pet insurance for my 2 dogs but overall the company has a bright future.
