Flexible fulltime work schedule as long as I perform, good donuts and coffee, awesome work environment and culture, amazingly honest management,

Cons

Haven't gotten know everyone at company because of split schedules due to COVID as everyone I have met in person so far is awesome.

If you are looking for a workplace that is inclusive, hospitable, and diverse WSP is it! I have grown so much as a recruiter in 7 months and it is all thanks to the team leads I have had throughout my career here. The managers here will always crack a good joke with you and make you feel at home!
