Nice CEO, Weekends off, get a desk, not micromanaged, doing something a little bit different every other week

The people are friendly and we get to work in a setting that allows a healthy amount of interaction.

Cons

Training was inadequate HIGH level of disorganization among management Too much of a bureaucracy- I had no idea who my boss was supposed to be Low pay for the amount and quality of hard work that is expected

Management was wonderful. I find it odd that the other reviews would not put their real name. My name is Ryann Liljestrand and I worked at this company for a year and a half and loved every minute of it. This company has helped me grow so much professionally and personally.

Cons

Pizza makes me fat, medical deductible too high.
