Wheeler Staffing Partners has really helped me grow my career. I really appreciate them giving me the tools and guidance I need to be successful. The management team is supportive and professional. I like being able to run many different projects at once and the level of responsibility the management team has given me.

Self-sufficient work. They give you your instructions and then you work on your own. I like that kind of thing, but it's not for everyone

Cons

Management played favorites when I was there. Certain employees would get the "easier" assignments and given more leeway.
