Pros

Great place to start. Was low pressure at first when getting experience. Coworkers have all different types of backgrounds and are super nice and supportive. The office space is nice, open, and roomy. Equipment is provided and employees have dedicated WFH days. Management did provide some incentives for achieving higher numbers and does seem to overall care for the people in the company. It's a small company so it feels intimate like a family.

Cons

Management plays favorites. They fire people whose numbers are better than others. They give remote days as a perk but management assumes you are abusing it and makes threats to bring you back to the office more. Training is barely there and you mainly ask for the support of your coworkers. The commission structure is low for the market. When the teams meet expectations the management team gets greedier and moves the goalpost to the new expected normal. Not too much room to grow. Being on the Senior Team is not enjoyable and many people leave soon after they join.

Pros

Good for 3 months, after that run and get another job.

Cons

The pay is too low, even if you have a degree they pay you the same amount as someone who has no degree or experience. They sell you on this idea that you will make so much money on commission but there is no commission section in your contract, so if you get laid off, fired, or you quit and ask about your commission that you earned they will tell you that "they never guaranteed commission"- which is a scam. They are literally lying about your commission and the managers end up pocketing it. Also there is no room for growth; if you are not blonde, white, or a skinny girl you will not get promoted. There is NO diversity at this company. If you are a person of color, be careful, they will literally comment on your professionalism and attitude. This company does not have a good business structure, they lose clients after 3-4 months. Just not a sustainable company. DO NOT WORK HERE.
