Pros

People are nice for the most part.

Cons

Pay sucks and is well under 10,000 dollars under market. You get loaded with accounts who are rude and don't understand. Management only cares about their bonuses. If you go to them with a problem you will be the one to blame. The current director spends more time online shopping than paying attention to what the real issues are.

Pros

Amazing people who care, lots of longevity, stability, and friendly environment.

Cons

Unrealistic work load, outdated technology that gets released half finished and have to deal with bugs and client complaints, very little pay and hard work is not valued through pay increases, not that much upward mobility, management sometimes sets up people to fail or get burned out because they didn't properly manage department in first place and they get shortchanged in training, etc
