Pros

Most the people who work here are great people, but almost all are underpaid and operating under Stockholm Syndrome. They stay for years without pay raises, promotions or recognition. This is obviously on them but has become engrained in the culture of who Wheels is.

Cons

- Overhiring of upper management with inflated salaries while other workers are not properly compensated. - Micromanagement practices that have gotten only worse since the mergers, with people watching your every move at the computer and on the phone, even when you're working overtime for the salary of an entry level specialist after 20 years. - Continual revoking of or alterations in benefits to benefit the company bottom line and take money and time from the everyday worker. - Other teams are not held accountable so more work falls on other teams plates, who are held accountable to numbers. Obviously a complete inconsistency of management and oversight. - More work, no added pay and no extra people hired. Zero recognition.

Cons

Low pay Quit if u aregGetting put on one of the accounts with a demanding client. More work SAME PAY. 2 percent raise aint worth any extra effort. They’ll gaslight u by telling you you are hard workers while skirting around compensation all the time Most of the people that have been here a long time are old and get promoted up because all the young motivated workers quit for better pay
