There is zero work-life balance. Zero. Upper management says all the right things but does very little for actual change. Inadequate training followed by being thrown into the deep end with an anchor. I could work 60-80 hours a week and still not meet the needs of the clients. Lots of bureaucracy but very little attention paid to the feedback of the clients and those of us that are boots on the ground, client facing. I had high hopes when I started but have been disappointed and morale beaten down over my 18 months there. Have seen many leaves. Some with 17+ years of knowledge and experience.

Poor management, long hours, and poor collaboration within all levels of the business. All account managers are buried with work and no room to breathe
