Look around at any team at WOW, and you will see a group of hard working individuals who are willing to go the extra mile. Whether it's helping you to meet a deadline, or taking the extra 5 minutes to teach you something new, the team has your back. Management is supportive, and puts an emphasis on calling out strong moments as they happen - a little positive feedback goes a long way! Fast paced environment, for those who thrive on an agency setting, the work can be very rewarding.

Cons

Not for those who tend to see the glass half empty, and do not adapt easily.
