      Agency life isn't for everyone. It's very fast-paced and demanding. If you're client facing, it can be tough when everything doesn't go exactly right (and we're all human).

      -Small company, entrepreneurial environment where we are doing big things -No drama culture with a group of high integrity people all trying to do the right thing -Lot's of flexibility and trust -Very diverse team including at the leadership level

      -Whereoware is a digital agency so the fast pace of agency life isn't for everyone -As a fully remote agency there isn't as much in person face time as I would like
