If you get hurt it will be your fault no matter what, management can't plan, hours get cut short due to running out of materials, line speed keeps being raised despite complaints, massive turnover (likely due to how rough running the lines at high speed can be), your leads won't help you because they're off chattering to their friends somewhere, same with your material handlers, some tugger operators are notorious for injuring line workers but management only cares if an office person or one of their expensive machines get hit, some lines end up down for long periods of time but they always make sure to give you like a day in between so you can't file for unemployment, promotions are only considered if you're bffs with management, if you're too much of a hard worker you're not ever getting out of that position.
