      An awesome place to work, learn, and grow

      Pros

      -Upward Mobility: Starting as an intern I've been able to move up through several roles at the company and between departments. -Flexibility: Employees (at least in my department) can work in the office as often or as little as they prefer. -Growth: I have learned so much from my peers in my time here and am actively encouraged to seek (and even reimbursed for) continuing education opportunities

      Cons

      Fast pace: It's a high growth company and there's always something new to sink your teeth into. It's exciting, but can sometimes be overwhelming and might not be the right fit for everyone.
