      We are sorry that your time at Whisker so far has not been entirely positive. We strive for a fair but flexible environment. We also work hard to be clear in the interview process that our Customer Service department is a fast paced environment communicating with our customers on the phone. Any concerns are taken seriously and discussed with the management team.

      Pros

      Management at Whisker genuinely wants to see their employees grow and succeed. The atmosphere is incredibly positive and happy. The work / life balance is at a healthy level. You are appreciated at this company, and there is a strong sense of teamwork among every position, and everyone exudes a positive attitude and that speaks volumes about the leadership at Whisker. The company is also growing rapidly and has been for a while. I'm looking forward to my future at Whisker.

      I've sat here for a few minutes trying to think of something I could nitpick about, but I really cannot think of anything. Sorry to disappoint! :D

      Fun Positive environment Flexible good benefits pets are welcome Teammates are all hardworking and easy to work with Questions are always answered Training is amazing you learn quick but efficiently Pay is decent The company really cares about their employees

      Cons

      It is very fast paced, but as long as you're willing to work in a fun fast pace environment this is the job for you!
