Pros
AutoPets is one of the best companies I've worked for in my career. There is no drama, no politics, and so much empathy in the people that work here. Teams communicate, leadership listens, and ideas are implemented. Truly a family-feel group of people that are here in Auburn Hills, and the facilities are amazing. Brad and Jacob built out an incredible space that anyone would want to work in. We're not crammed together like sardines - which is really important in the current climate of the world. Knowing you work for a company where the decisions you make and the work you do have an impact on the customer and the people around you gives a great feeling of fulfillment. Very happy to work here and don't see myself leaving for a long time.
Cons
Can't think of any cons at this time. The place isn't toxic and we're committed to keeping it that way. There is a tremendous amount to do because of our explosive growth - even in Covid-times - but our investors have faith in us and are giving us what we need to be successful. We don't have the people we need just yet to build the things we need to build - but the positions are available, and we need to fill them with the best people. Leadership is committed to hiring those people.
