      Pros

      Love working here.  It's a fast growing company in a cool market - tech pet. The salary and benefits are more than fair and they go over the top to recruit awesome, motivated, and positive individuals. Plus, 'work-life balance' isn't just an HR buzz-term - it actually exists here.

      I really can't think of any.

      -Couldn't praise the leadership enough. They invest in their employees personal & professional growth. You feel cared for as an employee. -Company is going through explosive growth. -Things constantly improve. -The workspace is incredible. -Each team member is intelligent & talented.

      Explosive growth can create some turmoil when scaling.

      Pros

      The entire company works together to meet and exceed customer expectations for high-quality, luxury pet care products. Our team in particular is empowered to support the customers at every stage of their ownership experience. The continued growth of the organization means limitless potential and opportunity for growth, including engagement in new roles as we continue to evolve. Our senior management and executive officers engage and interact with all members of the team and take great pride in making the environment inviting and rewarding.

      Cons

      As the company is growing, they are revising their policies to better meet with their continued evolution. Communication is already fantastic, but better inter-departmental communication between our HQ and warehouse is needed to help support all of our teams more effectively. That is the only con, and it is a MINOR one.
