Pros

Fun place to work Wonderful in house warm cooked lunches and dinners Fast paced and exciting challenges

Cons

If you are not able to self manage and work then it is not a place for you you should be willing to take on the challenges and come up with optimized solutions for effective code deployments

Pros

*Small staff filled with many great hard working, smart people. *Great opportunity to network and establish connections for future employment. Many Whisper alumni now work at Google, Youtube, Ring, Snapchat and other various forwarding thinking tech companies

Cons

Management; I don't know this technically could be considered a pro but as someone who started working on/for an app the move to essentially an ad spamming service was an unfulfilling con. It is no small wonder that this has lead to high levels of worker apathy across the org with disproportion levels of coasting/just collecting a paycheck mentality.
