Pros

Some talented, smart people. No set office hours, people arrive to office and leave when they want. Very relaxed environment. Excellent food; thanks to a daily chef.

Cons

No clear vision from CEO, even though he pretends. Do not care much about product quality. Females, watch out - not friendly for advancement or leadership potential. Dysfunctional communication and backstabbing galore.

Pros

Very talented employees. Amazing Chef. Boardwalk location is unbeatable.

Cons

I've worked at Whisper for over two years now and the vision has drastically changed multiple times. The CEO specifically seems to have no education or qualifications and really gets in the way of progress. Female employees will find it VERY hard to be heard or advance.

Pros

In-house chef like every other startup.

Cons

Executive leadership team is beyond dysfunctional without a true vision for the company and no idea how to execute.
