Pros

great friends. cool app. challenging problems to fix. I tell every friend who is a recent CS grad to work here. CEO has a heart of gold. CTO, while awkward at racket sports, is tall. SVP of content is a genius. the whole team is kick-ass.

Cons

working in Venice is ... u have to like working around a lot of chaos outside the office.

Pros

Really smart people, strong mission and values, and great in-house chef. The environment here is very unique. There has been recent upper management changes and growth and the company is at an exciting stage which is fun to be a part of.

Cons

The beachfront location of the office is both a pro and a con. The con is that it can sometimes be a not so desirable place to walk around alone.
