      Pros

      Great people. Little rough around the edges but over all good people. They are trying to grow and expand by buying other companies.

      Cons

      How they are currently doing things on the business side of things is old school. They need to get with the times. Some of their people don't know anything but Whitaker and have some blinders on to best business practices.
