Pros

I'm truly Honored and grateful for the opportunity to step into Exc. Chef role. My journey with White Lodging started 14 years ago as a line cooks. and through the years I've had the chance to learn from incredible mentors, and talented teammates who shaped my career. Every challenge whether it was learning new menus, leading a kitchen through a busy season. or mentoring new cooks, helped me grow both professionally and personally.im excited to continue learning and contributing to our success, and to inspire others in the same way I've been inspired through out my journey.

Cons

No major, but prefer to easier hiring process.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your 3-4 years with White Lodging! It's great to hear that the structured schedule, flexible hours, and home office team support have been such positives in your role — we work hard to build an environment where our corporate team feels equipped and supported. Thank you for your feedback about on-site hotel staff technical knowledge. Bridging the gap between our corporate and property teams is something we're always looking to improve, and insights like yours help us identify where additional training and resources can make the biggest difference. Thank you for your continued dedication and for helping us get better every day!

Work from home 1 day a week Company cares

Cons

While the company seems to care, the leadership on property does not give off the same feeling. Hotel organization is a mess

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We're glad that some of the benefits — like the flexibility to work from home — have been a positive part of your experience, and it means a lot to know that the company's care comes through at a broader level. That said, we hear you, and we don't take your concerns lightly. The experience you're describing at the property level — feeling that on-site leadership isn't aligned with our company values — is something we genuinely want to understand and address. White Lodging's culture starts with how our leaders show up for their teams every single day, and a disconnect there matters. We encourage you to contact our HR business partner at HRBP@whitelodging.com so we can better understand your specific experience and take meaningful action. Thank you for staying engaged and for caring enough to share this — it helps us get better.
