      Pros

      Friendly staff, most of the nursing staff work well together. The health insurance offered is reasonably priced and includes dental at no additional charge.

      Cons

      Often short staffed. New employees can have a hard time fitting in with staff who have been employed with the company for several years. Pay rate is lower than similar positions in the area.

      The direct care staff were spectacular.

      Too many to list, short staffed, mandation, high patient load, high acuity, poor management, high management turn over. DO NOT WORK HERE.....WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED>

      When you get attached to the people and then they pass away can be sad sometime. Especially when you I'm off and didn't kn I w the person was sick as they pass away on the other b units that I no longer work on..
