      Pros

      Corporate consultants and upper management truly care about and invest in retaining facility-level, hard-working, and compassionate staff. Good benefits and close knit family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunities to practice autonomy and associated delegation, as upper level, corporate staff complete many tasks like QAPI and billing without input from facility staff. Not much room for advancement, due to close-knit, long term, tenured leaders staying with white oak til retirement. Not a bad thing at all- highly respectable, but may deter potential rookie candidates from seeking employment.
