      Great benefits & Vacation Time

      Cons

      Leadership & Human Resources does not support staff. Many have been with the establishment for 15+ years, it is horrible they do not support those that have been loyal to them. Especially when new people come on with a clear agenda to "clean house" to bring in their former employees. There was also no help when a new manager came in and loaded a supervisor with work, while they did not assist any staff.

WPH continues to grow and support the Westchester County. WPH is committed to their employees, offering very competitive Employee Benefits and career advancement.
