Pros

Work/Life balance was really good. The partners were very understanding and talking to them about needing time off for anything was straight-forward. The employees who work there are all great individuals. It's a positive work environment where everybody respects each other. You don't feel weird talking to co-worker, you know? When it comes to training, it's very hands-on, where practice makes perfect. Whether it's how to best construct an email, read through resumes, or using software correctly, Whitecap wants you to succeed. I really enjoyed my time there. I would advise that prospective job-seekers come here and see what Whitecap can offer.

Cons

I can't really think of any. I only ever had positive experiences.
