Pros

The co-workers within the teams are excellent, very intelligent and hard working people. Office is a fun place and there is a decent company culture.

Cons

Very frustrating upper management structure, ever shifting goal posts that teams and their leads just have to deal with. Salaries aren't great compared to other companies

Very flexible hours/working from home. Good technology stack continually evolving. Promotions based on merit, not time served. Young friendly workforce. Free snacks/cereal/soft drinks.

Cons

Continuous conflict and miscommunication between product owners, UI/UX, upper management and development teams.
