Job is pretty straightforward and the coworkers are typically pretty nice

Cons

The corporate structure and procedures are terrible. Constantly pushing for membership sales but wants an over 90% profit margin so they don't pay enough.

Pros

Good communication through email and meetings, google chats. Regular updates. Easy to order store supplies. 500 dollar monthly store budget that can be used reasonably at managers discretion for store needs.

Cons

Very poor work life balance. Required and strongly enforced that all managers are on site for 50 hours per week, the pay is based on 40 hours and honestly for what the job is even at 40 hours the pay is low. The bonuses you can "earn" are nearly unattainable to unlock their full potential. 90% of managers will never make above an additional 3-5k a year. Wishy washy direction that constantly shifts at the whim of the COO. A level of disrespect displayed toward operations team that is very apparent and obvious from senior management.
