      Worked with great people, who are there to help and train you to become an efficient project manager

      Cons

      The hours can be hectic when you are on a job site. Hours can range anywhere from 60 to 80 hours.

      Large Company with great benefits. The project has a large staff and has a family oriented environment. No one person is expected to run the project by themselves.

      Cons

      You are likely to travel outside of your state for a project. This my be a conflict if you have a family with kids.

      Company is filled with great people and there is always plenty of work

      You don't really have a say in where you will be sent for a project. WT expects you to travel to move up in the company.
