Business Outlook
Pros
The people are wonderful. The environment is pretty relaxed at least from the perspective of my position. They're very family-oriented and accommodating as much as they can be to make sure that employees have a good work/life balance.
Cons
The pay. I understand that money isn't everything but they need to understand that messing with people's livelihood through their finances, especially as a family company, can have drastic effects on morale and make a big impact on a persons ability and desire to stay-even if the people are wonderful.
