      Pros

      good atmosphere to learn about the construction industry. lots of people willing to teach. Job security is extremely good here, as long as you have a good work ethic and good attitude.

      Cons

      will travel. this might not be a con if you are single and don't own a house.

      Pros

      Job security, massive learning opportunities, unique projects, exposure to excellent talent, many great connections with the industry, financially sound, good business strategy.

      Cons

      Long hours, promotions not based on merit or tenure seems random or only certain groups, employed kept in dark until last minute, each group operates differently, no HR department, bad communication, constantly changing policies and procedures, very behind technology standards of today.

      Worked in Virtual Design and Construction department Friendly coworkers, good internship hourly rate

      Cons

      Not a company fault, but my internship was very specific to the VDC office, so though I was working for a construction company I only saw an actual site once
