Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits are decent especially after someone has been with the company five years. Gas card is given around 5 years and a company car around 8 to 9 years. Pay is ok but good be better. Blue Cross Blue Shield is paid for all full time salaried employees which is very nice.
Cons
The bonuses and promotions do not appear to be merit based. Because of this there is a lack of motivation to do above the bare minimum. Therefore depending on the project you are on the amount of work may not be evenly distributed for the fact the PM on the job chooses the best employee below them.
