      Great salary and benefits Mostly good people

      Cons

      The company is great for someone whose single and only wants their life to revolve around construction. For anyone else however, it’s very demanding and can put a lot of strain on your relationships and your health (at least they provide some of the best health insurance). Working weekends is expected and very common, you’ll receive little to no compensation for when you do work a weekend.
