Great backlog, long term benefits, long track record

Cons

Long hours, lots of poor leadership in the middle management section of the company nationwide, lots of inexperience even in older managers, few people who really excel at their job, field staff receives little if any support

Good company, bad work life balance

Pros

Bonuses, profit sharing are great. Overall a lot of extra money once you're at the company for a while. Benefits are excellent (pension if you retire with them, no 401k match but 100% company paid medical and dental and vision and life insurance)

Cons

Vacation - 10 days with 1 day per year added, but using vacation is tough. Expect long days 10 hour average. 1 person on a team always works Saturdays. Sometimes more people Working weekends. Schedules are tough to meet so a lot of work. If you dont love construction with a burning passion and want that to consume your life this is probably not the place for you

Management doesn't care about it's employee's. It is a do as I say not as I do culture.
