Upper management is horrible, staff are treated horribly. This place is cinsured with negative gossip and pettiness.

the hours & the benefits were the only reason worth taking this job.

Cons

MANAGEMENT, awful awful people. The management team are made up of mainly older women who have not made it into the 21st century yet. Ageism is a thing & it is rampant in this company. If you're a skilled worker who doesn't need constant supervision and gets their work done quickly so you're left with time on your hands this is NOT the place, they want other old incompetent people like themselves. They are rude, unforgiving, and apparently being ON TIME AND THERE BEFORE THE SUPERVISOR MEANS YOURE LATE. Screw them & save yourself the hassle, take your skills to a BETTER company.

Pros

The daily routine makes for a quick shift and depending on your assignment makes for a fun, easy, work day. A lot of available overtime also!

Cons

Getting forced into 3rd shift and the holds are by far the worse. Some supervisors are incompetent as well.
