Pros

Working in this field can be extremely difficult with the forcing and turnover but the positives outweigh the negatives. I work with the best group of staff and have no doubt that they all have my back. We all work together to relieve forces and to maintain a safe and fun environment for the kids.

Cons

My only negative would be the extremely negative staff who want to complain but don't want to work as part of the team so find a solution.
