If you are not genuinely interested in helping traumatized youth you will find working here very difficult. If you are committed the reward exceeds the hard work.

none that I can think of except that no one manages the place these days.

Cons

lot of drugged up older people who won't help when the fights and assaults start even though they tend to make the inmates more angry
