Terrible Management

Business Outlook

Pros

Ability to see exhibitions beforehand, access to other museums around the country

Cons

Constantly being belittled and criticized. No recognition or proper training in anything. Expected to jump right in an asume all the responsibility when things go wrong. Toxic work environment. There’s a reason there’s a high turn over rate. Retail Management should be closely evaluated.
