Pros

You can learn a lot by working here. This is a LEED certified facility and it is a IUOE position with a good pay scale. A lot of people here are friendly. If you do your job in keeping this museum operating from checking your rounds and doing the PM's when you suppose too, you should have no problems working here as an Engineer.

Cons

You have to help the Art Curators with setting up the lighting for the Galleries which can be a real pain, since you will have to spent a lot of time with them instead of actually running the building. Also, overtime is there, but beware, it isn't always going to be giving to you time to time.
