Pros

You get to work in a museum and meet interesting, talented people.

Cons

There's a reason why this place has FIVE unions. Stay away if you're colored, older and/or a woman. Upper management will always take care of each other regardless of labor law or union violations. The breakroom is only as big as a public bathroom but at least the mouse traps work and we have one microwave.

Pros

The art is great and the majority of the FOH loves the organization.

Cons

The leadership is inept and corrupt. They don’t care about the staff! There is a very poor constitution towards people of color.
