Pros
The special-ed team I worked with as well as a couple of the other teachers were good to work with.
Cons
The people in charge of the school failed to supply appropriate training that was promised. I had to reach out to them and get them to set it up. Everyone in my room was a new hire that year, and none of us had received the special training which was really needed. We had a violent kid who had been at the school for previous years. The head of the school knew there would be problems and were not proactive in providing us with what we needed.
