Great teacher schedule and free insurance for employee and children. Good pay.

Cons

Poor principals. Poor communication. Lots of relatives and friends are the ones that get promoted.

I never felt that my job was demanding. Basically no one cared how good you were at teaching as long as students and parents didn't complain. The support and collaboration are good.

Cons

The district claims to be supportive of all but clearly is still backwoods when it comes to accepting anything progressive. Very hypocritical because they post that everyone is accepted but the administration clearly does not feel that way.
