Pros

The Wiers organization is small enough that EVERYONE gets the chance to talk with the owner/CEO. Having worked for a large corporation prior to coming to Wiers it is refreshing to be part of a family again, and not just a number.

Cons

Like other small businesses, the benefits are not as generous as you may find in Fortune 500 companies.
