Pros

Some great people in the organization It's a company with a heart 100 years and going - they are definitely doing some great things

Cons

Lack of strategy with their talent. Reactive versus proactive in decision making Takes a long time to get anything done Don't really track projects well and throw money at things without any real accountability for outcomes Seasons drive the workload - areas of the business overwhelmed at times but difficult to avoid
