Pros

Pay is good. Benefits are Good. There are a lot of helpful friendly people in all parts of the company.

Cons

Limited ability to move your career in Management. Sales Management is poor and does not value people that are not making sales. Operations managers leave at a high rate. Continuous improvement is encouraged but does not get followed up on.

Pros

Good Products that work how they are supposed to.

Cons

No transparency (ex. they will dock pay without prior explanation or agreement terms with the employee), no job performance review, no accountability in upper management, and Very "top-heavy". Lots of turnover and reorganization occurring unbeknownst to the majority of the work base. Terrible commission structure.

This is a good company to work for if you need to gain experience.

Cons

There is very little opportunity for advancement at this company unless you know someone that can guarantee you an advancement opportunity. there is very little diversity in this company.
