Pros

It's a profitable, diversified company with some really good, experienced people. The work environment was professional, but we had fun too.

Cons

There are 3 distinct divisions and they don't all communicate well. The Project Management group was new and had too much turn over. They also had trouble managing projects.

Pros

Some co-workers are good to work with

Cons

Corporate lets field managers get away with anything. When I was there I was pretty sure there was stealing going on but apparently corporate he is too afraid of those guys since they've been there so long and are 50 somethings. WE reputation will continue to decline in the forage industry unless they go back to the values before the 1980s.
