Pros

The community within the store employees and with the customers is AMAZING. Always fun to go to work. Very knowledgeable staff who live the values. I have never loved my co-workers or my customers more than at Wilco.

Cons

Pay is low. Not very much room to promote either. Seems like we were always understaffed but expected to keep up. Two main reasons I left.
